George Vargas is "hitting the nail on the head" by bringing up this important issue. Thank you George.
George posted:
The following is taken from a conversation I had with an elder in the FFWP. Has anyone seen or heard anything like this before. I don't know what to think of it. I assume it is part of a newly revised DP being taught in Korea, perhaps in Las Vegas as well.
"The Principle of Creation is the only Principle. The rest of the book is about restoration history which should never have happened. TP said that in the time after Foundation Day we have entered the time before the Fall and everything related to the Fall will wither away.
True Father is very clear later, after he went the John the Baptist course and wrote the Principle to explain to evangelical Christians who he is, that the crucifixion should've never happened, but since it did, it left the fulfillment of Adam and Eve unfulfilled. There was a perfected Adam, but no Eve.
The purpose of the second coming is not to have a perfected Adam, that was done. It was that perfected Adam find Eve and together make the True Parents."

I'd like to share my comment below:
Yes George Vargas, this is what they are teaching. Before I left the FFWPU, a sermon was given on this very topic. I think their argument is very persuasive, and true to some extent; but very misguided.
First, the principles of restoration and the principles of creation are the same. God did not change the Principle to restore humanity. Instead, the same principles are used to re-create us, so that we can be fully restored to our original position.
This "new" understanding is very much focused on the ideal of self-perfection, and being sinless as a single person; but not on lineage and family. It's actually the very reason I've heard from many people as to why we shouldn't teach DP to 2nd gen.
Second, True Father's entire life course was for restoration. If you remember, the True Parents should have been accepted by Christianity from 1945-1952. The Divine Principle was actually put together before True Father started his mission as "John the Baptist" from 1952-1992, which was the wilderness course due to the failure of Korean Christianity. And even after 1992, the providence was extended. So, following this "new" train of thought, your Blessing was not complete; and the UC, and everything accomplished during that time period, including True Father's words should be changed or erased to fit the "new era of heaven", after "Foundation Day".
Third, how could the purpose of Adam be perfected without a lineage. Also, Adam and Eve have very different roles. Adam comes with the seed of lineage and represents the physical body of God, while Eve is God's wife. The lineage is passed down vertically through Adam, and multiplied horizontally (one generation) through Eve.
Fourth, this "new" train of thought gives credence for completely erasing Father's course. If the "perfected" Adam already came 2000 years ago; and True Father's course was almost completely centered on indemnifying the 6000 years of Biblical history, than Mother and her Archangelic associates can argue that the era after the coming of heaven is the new era of welcoming the only begotten daughter, which is the era beyond the fall.
I don't think that our future descendants should completely forget restoration history. Maybe the process of restoration won't need to be applied; but I still think they will learn the history. And like I said, the principles of re-creation and creation, are the exact same thing.
